this moon is an orchestra.
No transit or lunation ever happens in a vacuum.
Everything is always happening in context with everything else.
That’s always true.
Today though, under the Full Moon at 8 degrees Capricorn, this feels more true than usual.
The orchestra is building its crescendo right now. Can you hear it?

Within maybe 9ish hours of the Full Moon going exact…
…(basically a nanosecond in the scheme of the great unfolding archetypal poetry of the cosmos), we had Mars charging into flighty Gemini — very quickly forming an exact square with the nodes (before he passes over Uranus this weekend), Mercury screeching to a halt in the last few degrees of Cancer and then stationing retrograde to swing back around, and Jupiter finally crossing the threshold and stepping dramatically into Leo.
The Capricorn Full Moon will always call for some tenderness anyway (with Luna reaching fullness in her detriment, the symphony of tension and initiation happening around this one will have you feeling like exhaustion is barely kept at bay for the next few days.
The story this lunation is telling is that we have to be making sure all the structures we’ve built around our creative and disruptive ambitions can actually hold the weight of what they’re going to ask of us.
Whatever has been built on a rotting foundation is going to feel like it’s collapsing now.
This is good.
Welcome it. Even if it feels really shitty to your ego or your colonised conditioning. Your creative / erotic / liberated Self is singing.
Because a season of expansive expression is coming very fucking soon, and if we haven’t built the emotional and energetic infrastructure to properly hold it, we’ll start to hollow out and fade away. It won’t happen all at once. We might not notice it at first. But little by little, the pulsing of Aliveness will get slower and slower, softer and softer, until one day — when we look around at a life we don’t recognise in the slightest — we won’t be able to feel it at all.
This lunation is one to be really paying attention to.
It’s drenched in Dark Mother myths. There’s a feeling of endings, of unavoidable thresholds, of harvesting around the story we’re living into right now. This is not a moon to push against. It’s one to surrender to, fully.
Let things stagnate for a while. Even just a few days, if you can.
There are profound and significant shifts happening, but a lot of it is tricky to see from the outside.
If you’re someone with a lot of Cardinal energy in your chart (fucktonne of Aries, Cancer, Libra, or Capricorn placements) especially at around 4-12ish degrees, you’re going to be feeling the energetic and mythic impacts of this full moon particularly strongly.
